Meet Katt

I'm Katt Callan, an RYT200 Yoga Instructor in the PA/NY/NJ Tristate Area, near the NYC Metro. I bring ten years of dedicated Yoga practice to my Vinyasa Flow classes. What began as physical therapy for a runner's body evolved into a transformative journey unfolding in the most unexpected places. Long before setting foot in a traditional studio, I cultivated my practice during overnight shifts as a pediatric home health nurse--finding my flow in darkened living rooms with only my phone for guidance.

Growing a Practice

My Experience

I spent years as a nurse, holding space for others in their most vulnerable moments. Alongside that, a decade of deep practice reshaped me from the inside out. What started as a way to pass the time as an exhausted runner became personal exploration and radical transformation. Now, I teach yoga not just from textbooks or trainings, but from a lived understanding of how we break, heal, and grow. This isn't a sideline gig; it's the next evolution of how I serve.

What Yoga is

The Approach

The studio is where we show up and do the thing--move, breathe, sweat, surrender. It's the gritty, physical ritual that pulls us out of our heads and back into our bodies. Why do we keep coming back to the mat? What does all this stretching and stillness actually shift inside us?
Yoga is more than shapes; it's a relentless return to ourselves. In practice, we embody it. In community, we pull it apart and piece it back together--finding our own meaning, again and again.
